Buzz Bumble to the Rescue by Lynn E. Hazen
This is a story for young children. It has fantastic pictures, which are brightly

she gets all of the attention, but at the end they are friends. I think the story
is brilliant.

A Ghost Light in the Attic by Pat Thomson
This is a story about two children called Tom and Bridget who travel back in time to the 17th century at the time of the civil war. The history in the story was interesting, but there wasn’t enough action. I would recommend this book for people who [...]

The History of Music

May 7th, 2007 · 2 Comments

We published a poem, ‘Before the Minnows Scattered’, by Cecily Blench in our Issue 28 in January. We also liked this playful poem in which she weaves together the titles of pop songs. You could have a go at this game! - perhaps with other songs of a different period, perhaps with titles of films [...]

Paradise Looked For

The same consuming force
Would affect the consciousness of a thousand students,
Lash us [...]
