Henrietta Branford winners
As in other years, the Henrietta Branford Writing Competition attracted a huge pile of entries. There were over 600 stories submitted. The range of ideas was also huge, with imagination creating all sorts of scary scenarios, touching insights, humorous moments and some fine writing. It was obvious that many young people had worked really hard and it is a shame that in any competition only a few can be given the prize. So if your story wasn’t chosen please don’t be downhearted. We hope you enjoyed writing it, we enjoyed reading it.
